Job summary

Domino's Corporate is seeking a General Manager for a single Domino's store in Spring, TX. You will provide overall leadership and supervision of daily operations, focusing on profitability, cost control, and an inclusive, engaged team environment.

You will lead team development, ensure food safety protocols, and maintain excellent customer service while leveraging technology (POS/ATS) to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
