Job summary

Domino's is seeking a General Manager for a Corporate Store location at 1101 W Main St, League City, TX. The role is full-time, responsible for leading daily store operations, driving profitability, and upholding food safety and customer service standards.

The GM will supervise staff, recruit and develop teammates, and ensure compliance with operating procedures while leveraging the brand’s resources for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding and demonstration of basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store and provide leadership for store staff.
• Ensure operational standards, food safety, profitability and an inclusive work environment.
• Lead customer service excellence and manage technology systems (POS, ATS, etc.).
