Job summary

Domino's is seeking a General Manager for a corporate store in Houston, TX (06791). This full-time role demands proven GM experience in fast-paced service, strong leadership, and a focus on cost control, operations, and customer service.

You will recruit and develop staff, enforce food safety protocols, and manage POS/ATS technology to ensure smooth store performance. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
