Domino’s Pizza is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single store. You will provide leadership and supervision, ensuring profitability, food safety, and high standards while fostering an inclusive and engaged team environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, strong customer service, and the ability to recruit, train, and develop staff. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of GM experience in fast-paced service.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
