Job summary

Leslie’s Poolmart Inc. in Lawrence Township, New Jersey, is seeking a General Manager to lead store performance, drive sales, manage profitability, and oversee merchandising and operations.

The General Manager will recruit, train, and develop team members, set expectations for a customer-focused environment, and ensure excellent service while achieving company programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completion of all GMIT and Talent Platform training modules.
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.

Responsibilities

• Hire top performers to support sales and EBITDA goals.
• Meet or exceed sales budget and EBITDA targets.
• Lead and develop store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Control payroll and operating expenses while maintaining margins.
• Drive customer count and ensure high Mystery Shop scores.
