Job summary

Leslie’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee overall store performance, drive sales, manage profitability and operations, and lead recruiting, training and development. You will model exceptional customer service and create a positive work environment while aligning with company programs and initiatives.

The role focuses on achieving sales budgets and profitability targets, controlling payroll and expenses, and ensuring merchandising and operational standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store or multi-unit team.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
• Strong hiring, coaching and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Hire only “A” players this year to support the accomplishment of the following objectives.
• Meet or exceed sales budget.
• Meet or exceed EBITDA/SOC goal.
• Meet or exceed labor rate goal.
• Achieve shrink percent of .4% or better.
• Meet or Exceeds your gross margin budget for the fiscal year.
• Meet or exceed APC goal.
• Drive customer count increase over last year.
• Meet or exceed Mystery Shop goal of 95%.
