Leslie’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee store performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, sales growth, and profitability. You will recruit, hire, and develop a team, implement company programs, and maintain a positive, customer-focused store environment.

Responsibilities include leading store operations, driving sales, managing payroll and expenses, and delivering on merchandising objectives. The role emphasizes leadership by example and talent development across store staff.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of all training modules inclusive of GMIT and Talent Platform training.
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computers.

Responsibilities

• Hire only “A” players this year to support the accomplishment of the following objectives.
• Meet or exceed sales budget.
• Meet or exceed EBITDA/SOC goal.
• Meet or exceed your gross margin budget for the fiscal year.
• Drive customer count increase over last year.
• Meet or exceed Mystery Shop goal of 95%.
