Job summary

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Marketing & Growth Manager to drive customer growth and retention across our stores. You will lead initiatives to expand revenue, train and manage store teams, and set ambitious sales goals while representing the brand in the local community.

This role requires high energy, a proven sales closer, and at least two years in retail or related fields. A Bi-lingual candidate is a plus; the position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a five-day work week.

Qualifications

• Two years retail, restaurant, or related experience.
• High energy and a proven track record as a sale closer.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth and retention of customers.
• Continuously develop, train, and manage employees.
• Responsible for setting and attaining sales goals.
• Manage expired customer agreements.
• Explore and react to profitable revenue opportunities within the store.
• Take a visible role in representing Arona Home Essentials in the local community.
