Job summary

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Marketing and Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention across our growing network of stores. You will lead growth initiatives, train and manage store teams, set and achieve sales targets, and identify new revenue opportunities while representing the brand in the local community.

Candidates should be energetic, demonstrate a proven sales-closer track record, have 2+ years in retail or related fields, and be 18+ with bi-lingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have high energy.
• Proven track record as a sales closer.
• 2 years retail, restaurant, or related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bi-lingual is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain customers.
• Develop, train, and manage employees.
