Responsibilities

• Manage store to achieve growth and profit goals.
• Report financial measures and transactions.
• Oversee inventory and ensure product availability.
• Complete Quality Control Calls within 1 business day of delivery.
• Protect store assets and reconcile inventories weekly.
• Maintain company vehicles to safety standards.
• Process accurate bank deposits and reconcile returns.
• Lead and develop store associates for success.
• Close lease agreements with a focus on customer relationships.
