Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to three years of retail clerk experience, preferably in grocery.
• Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Authorize refunds and overrides; count register and deposit money.
• Maintain cash accountability, key control, and security practices.
• Manage store in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Train employees and lead associates in stocking, presentation, and safe food handling.
• Develop and enforce merchandising standards and rotate stock.
• Schedule coverage to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and minimize damages and markdowns.
• Coordinate unloading of deliveries and setup of new merchandise.
