Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising employees, providing training, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Help manage merchandise presentation, including receiving, stocking, rotating, and building displays according to planograms.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, operating cash registers, and handling transactions.
• Support inventory accuracy through damage control, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Contribute to maintaining financial integrity through cashier accountability, key control, and cash handling procedures.
• Assist in opening and closing the store, managing deposits, and performing cashier functions.
• Support the Store Manager in staff scheduling, safety meetings, and store management in their absence.
