Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Neptune City, New Jersey, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the CVS/pharmacy store leadership. You will support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service, stepping in when managers are not onsite to lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, maintain displays, price merchandise and stock shelves, while upholding confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store crew through directing and following up on activities; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory.
