Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; support multiple store areas as needed.
• Model customer experience best practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain floor care equipment and cleanliness standards across Sales Floor and Backroom areas.
• Follow Health and Safety policies including restrooms and lounge stock refills.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support business needs.
• Respond to Front End coverage, signage standards, and store recovery during the day.
• Communicate accurately with management and Associates; uphold labor policies and safety awareness.
