Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot-clean glass/windows.
• Follow all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support store needs.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and labor guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with management and associates.
