Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain a clean and organized store environment, focusing on floor care. You will operate floor cleaning equipment, perform routine cleaning tasks, and support multiple store areas as needed.

The role requires excellent customer service, physical stamina, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. You will collaborate with management and peers to uphold safety, signage, and store standards while contributing to a positive customer experience.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Cross-trained to support multiple store areas and needs.
• Follow health and safety policies and loss prevention standards.
• Communicate effectively with management and associates.
• Support Front End coverage and store recovery as needed.
• Adhere to merchandising, signage, and store procedures.
