Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a team member to maintain a clean store environment with emphasis on floor care and safety. You will operate floor equipment, perform routine cleaning tasks, and support multiple store areas to help meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Uphold health and safety policies across facilities (lounges, restrooms, etc.).
• Cross-train in other areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor).
• Support Front End coverage needs and store recovery initiatives.
• Adhere to merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates.
