Job summary

Marshalls is hiring for a store associate focused on floor care and general cleaning tasks. You will operate floor care equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, perform mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and window cleaning, while upholding store standards.

The role requires excellent customer service, flexibility in scheduling, and strong attention to detail. Cross-training across store areas may be required to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support store needs.
• Execute safety, labor, and company policy requirements as directed.
