LSI Industries, via its JSI Store Fixtures division, seeks a Project Manager to drive growth by leading the full lifecycle of custom fixtures—from sales through delivery and installation—for retailers, restaurants, and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing project management, excellent communication, and proven leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and other project management software, like Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating communication and collaboration among departments such as engineering, production, and quality assurance.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
• Manage project administration tasks such as resource allocation, budget tracking, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
