Job summary

EMI a division of LSI Industries in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Project Manager to drive custom fixture projects from sales through installation. The role coordinates with sales, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure design accuracy, on-time delivery, and project profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within manufacturing or custom fixtures, strong organizational skills, and a focus on customer relationships to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in PM/engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with custom fixtures or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from sales to delivery and installation of custom fixtures.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring alignment with design requirements and budgets.
• Coordinate with sales, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, and resource assignments; identify and resolve risks.
• Use SmartSheets to track milestones, dependencies, and change orders; maintain documentation and communications.
