Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate at JD Finish Line to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help maintain visual merchandising, assist customers, and contribute to meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Clear spoken English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
