Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will contribute to the store’s success by addressing customer needs, supporting sales, and maintaining high standards of service.

This role requires a weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights, with weekend and holiday flexibility. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role is preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
