Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Store Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, and participate in inventory, visual merchandising, and shipment workflows to keep the store running smoothly.

Candidates should have retail experience, strong English communication, and a positive, reliable work ethic. Flexible hours including weekends/holidays are required in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Clear spoken English to effectively communicate with customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude and reliability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; comply with policies and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; follow policies and procedures.
