Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to create memorable shopping experiences and bring our unique brand to life in a Columbia Mall store. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service, building connections with customers, and helping drive store performance through product knowledge and storytelling.

You will support daily store operations, merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic customer relationships.
• Confidently share POP MART's story, artist collaborations, and product collections to drive sales.
• Educate customers on our collectible culture, blind boxes, MEGA collections, and launches.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions at the POS.
• Support store operations including merchandising, receiving shipments, and inventory upkeep.
• Maintain store presentation, safety, and cleanliness throughout the sales floor.
