Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in Castle Rock, CO. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting daily operations, and driving sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage customers, handle transactions on POS systems, assist with inventory and visual merchandising, and collaborate with team members to meet store goals while upholding safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric: passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Communication & Collaboration: strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility: willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Tech-savvy: basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; adhere to policies and health & safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; follow store policies and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
