Job summary

Finish Line in Colorado is seeking a Store Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help shape store success and contribute to company growth through friendly service and reliable execution.

This role requires a positive attitude, ability to work weekends, strong communication, and basic math for POS tasks. You’ll collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals and adhere to store policies.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
