Finish Line—a dynamic retail brand in Colorado—seeks a Store Associate to support daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help customers find products, answer questions, and keep shelves organized and appealing.

You will drive sales, participate in promotions, handle merchandise, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with track record of achieving sales targets.
• Communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and maintaining high service standards.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving targets.
• Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store maintenance respecting policies and safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team to meet sales and operational goals while adhering to store procedures.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
