You will lead Team Leaders, coach associates, and ensure excellent customer service while focusing on payroll and scheduling alignment. The role requires 2+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office, Google Apps, and POS systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Excellent reading and written language skills (English).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to establish and communicate critical brand goals in sales, operations, visual, HR and scheduling.
• Provide leadership to Team Leaders in executing sales, customer service, and visual merchandising standards.
• Coach and develop store associates to drive performance and professional growth.
• Analyze reports to prioritize initiatives and maximize sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with management to align on brand initiatives and payroll/scheduling needs.
• Maintain elevated customer service by modeling brand standards and leading by example.
