Job summary

YETI Coolers, LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Store Experience Leader to guide a brand-enthusiast team at the McKinney St. store and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead sales and operations, payroll, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory, while building a community hub for outdoor enthusiasts and sustainable growth.

Strong retail leadership, 3+ years in management, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years of retail store management experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Experience in managing $2M+ sales volume per year in store revenue.
• Experience in implementing new technology and processes to increase profitability.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of store processes, payroll management, effective schedule, merchandise flow, inventory control and visual presentation.
• Drives store sales and profitability by using company tools and resources to maximize results and fostering a comprehensive and supportive approach to leading a team.
• Operates holistically using business acumen, strategic thinking, and resourcefulness to solve problems.
• Proactively plans and executes a variety of projects including visual merchandising plans, new product launches, and in-store events.
• Mitigates risk of loss by educating associates and ensuring company policies are followed and developing strong partnerships with Loss Prevention and Store Operations team.
• Provides exceptional customer experiences with ability to identify customer pursuits and create lifelong YETI customers.
• Acts as a brand enthusiast within the local community by executing store events, generating brand awareness, and inspiring customers to go outdoors.
• Creates a customer centric environment by delivering an effective Sales Floor Leader program and engaging in YETI's customer service model.
• Provides an inspirational approach to educating the team on YETI product assortment leading to exceptional level of performance.
• Demonstrates ability to identify and attract best in class talent to represent the brand; builds trust and team morale during change.
• Coaches and develops teams' selling skillsets with timely, specific feedback and builds trust.
• Creates succession plans for developing top talent and provides opportunities for continued development.
