Job summary

KnitWell Group, which oversees Chico's at Fort Worth, seeks an Assistant Manager to support store leadership and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic fashion environment.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, drive sales to meet goals, and participate in hiring, coaching, and development of associates while ensuring smooth operations and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability - nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and utilize omni-channel approaches.
• Maintain an inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory and replenishment.
