Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Chico's store in Albuquerque, NM. You will assist the Store Manager in leading a team, delivering a seamless customer experience, and building community connections that reflect our hospitality culture.

You will drive sales, coach associates, manage inventory and store operations, and uphold company policies. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Help achieve store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
