Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to be the primary contact for customers and to guide them through the shopping experience. You will operate the cash register, process payments, and help customers locate merchandise.

You will also stock, rotate, and display products, keep the store clean, and support sidewalk displays and store setup to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise.

• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves, including building displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness by cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Recover merchandise and support store setup, including sidewalk displays.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to enhance store profitability and customer satisfaction.
