Free People in Danbury, CT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support selling, service, and operations in a dynamic retail environment. You will help develop the team, collaborate with partners, and uphold visual standards to inspire the FP customer.

Responsibilities include leading brand experiences, driving selling initiatives, and ensuring seamless omni-channel service while managing daily store operations and payroll in cooperation with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Love for the FP brand.
• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: Acts as a brand ambassador and creates an engaging visual experience that appeals to FP customers.
• Role Responsibilities: Drives selling initiatives and builds lasting relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Delivers an omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, and customer service applications.
• Leadership + Team management: Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations to hit store metrics and goals.
• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing talent to strengthen the store team.
