• Active enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Available to participate full-time for 10 weeks this summer.
• Demonstrated communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer/associate experience.
• Support communications through surveys and inquiries among teams and data analyses.
• Suggest changes to processes to drive internal and external efficiencies.
• Ensure field teams are supported to hit KPIs and goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on content ideas, messages, and timing within brand standards.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to plan and follow up on holiday strategy progress.
