Job summary

Michaels Tyler, TX store is seeking a team member to help maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment and to assist customers with their needs. You will perform cleaning duties, help stock, and ensure products are correctly placed while following store procedures.

In addition, you will engage customers about rewards programs, participate in BOPIS/SFS processes, and support safety programs. Hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store through cleaning and recovery activities.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Engage in Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and support truck unloading, stocking and planograms.
