The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate in Santa Monica to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape store success and contribute to our growth in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring accurate inventory while working with a team to meet targets and uphold safety protocols. Weekend availability is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in basic math and reading/speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and store maintenance.
