Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills; reading and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store goals; adhere to policies and health & safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
