Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an energetic Store Associate to support daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service in our California store.

You will help create a positive shopping experience, assist with merchandise presentation, and contribute to sales goals. In this role you’ll collaborate with teammates, handle transactions, stock shelves, and participate in inventory and visual merchandising efforts while ensuring health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong communication, collaboration and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math, reading and writing in English; proficient with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising, promotions and targets.
• Support inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments and stock control.
