Job summary

Michaels is seeking a part-time Store Environment Team Member in Springfield, PA to help maintain a clean, safe store and deliver friendly customer service. You will assist in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and ensuring planogram accuracy while engaging customers and promoting rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen years of age or older.
• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support brand promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with stocking, truck unloading, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies in a public retail setting.
