Job summary

The Michaels Stores at Harrisburg-Camp Hill, PA is hiring a Store Associate focused on friendly customer service, store cleanliness, and helping customers find what they need.

You will perform cleaning duties, stock shelves, assist with checkout, and participate in BOPIS/SFS processes while following SOPs. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are required. Michaels offers benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and products for cleaning and places products back in correct placement.
• Deep cleans key areas of the store to maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program and enrollments; assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Participate in truck un-loading, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
