Qualifications

• Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $17.75 - $20.60 per hour.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
• Preferred experience in retail and/or cleaning is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly check out experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and Ship from Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe environment per SOPs.
