Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Hoover, AL is seeking a part-time Store Environment Specialist to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment. You will perform cleaning duties, restock shelves, and ensure the store looks inviting while assisting customers.

Additionally, you will handle basic checkout tasks, support omni-channel processes, and work evenings/weekends/early mornings. Prior retail or cleaning experience is preferred, with adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
