Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Store Associate to maintain the store’s overall appearance, assist customers with locating items, and keep spaces clean and safe according to SOPs.

You will perform checkout with cash handling, promote our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, assist with Buy Online Pick Up in Store and Ship from Store, stock shelves, unload trucks, manage planograms, and support shrink and safety initiatives while representing the brand positively.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Assist customers with rewards enrollments and omni-channel processes.

Store - ATL-ALPHARETTA, GAMaintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store which includes maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
