Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking team members for the INDY-GREENWOOD, IN location to maintain store cleanliness and deliver our Brand Promises.

You will provide friendly customer service, help customers find items, and participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram activities. Responsibilities include performing cleaning tasks, adhering to safety guidelines, and supporting omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Engage in Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
