Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Orange City, FL is seeking a store teammate focused on keeping the store clean and welcoming while assisting customers. You will help customers find items, participate in omni-channel processes, and support stock, safety, and planogram tasks.

Ideal candidates bring retail or cleaning experience and are capable of working in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends. This role emphasizes customer service and brand standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop the store and find what they’re looking for.
• Engage with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Assist with truck un-load, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
