Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our North Little Rock location for a team member to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers with product selection and checkout. You’ll contribute to stocking, merchandising, and omnichannel processes to ensure an in-stock, attractive store experience.

Applicants should have retail and/or customer service experience and be able to stand long hours in a climate-controlled store setting, with nights, weekends, and early mornings possible.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and go-backs
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interacting with customers in a positive and respectful manner; promote the company values
