Job summary

Responsibilities include cleaning duties, stocking, assisting with checkout, and supporting omnichannel services such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store, while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in retail or cleaning roles.
• Must be at least 16 years old in the U.S.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery to meet brand standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and help shoppers locate products.
• Perform unloading, stocking, and planogram tasks.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP compliance.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
