Responsibilities

• Succession and workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Training and development of store leaders and staff through company programs.
• Ensure safety and security of staff, customers, and vendors.
• Collaborate on P&L management, business plans and budgets.
• Implement company initiatives and enhance customer experience.
• Lead operational excellence and efficiency improvements.
• Engage in Food Service initiatives to maximize sales and control waste.
• Foster a customer-centric culture through process and communication.
