Job summary

Maverik, Inc. in Utah is seeking a Store Director Trainee to join our leadership development program. During the 6-week training, you will earn hourly pay of 26.00–29.00 per hour and prepare to assume a Store Director role with full salary upon successful completion.

In this role you will oversee store performance, lead the team, manage succession planning, training, and budgets, and drive customer service excellence while upholding safety standards and company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and driving performance.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L.
• Willingness to recruit, train, and develop staff.
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure.
• ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage succession planning, workforce planning, and people development.
• Coordinate training and development of store leaders and staff.
• Ensure safety and security of team, customers, and vendors.
• Collaborate on P&L management, budgets, and business plans.
• Implement company initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Lead store to achieve operational standards and efficiency.
• Engage in Food Service initiatives and obtain ServeSafe certification.
• Drive a customer-centric culture with incentives for premium service.
