Job summary

Diventures seeks a Store Director to lead two Northern Virginia stores in Vienna and Ashburn. You will recruit and coach staff, drive revenue across scuba instruction, equipment sales, and travel experiences, and ensure safe, customer-focused operations.

This role requires balancing time between locations, maintaining a safety-focused culture, and delivering strong business results with an owner/operator mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing retail or service-based businesses across multiple locations.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and maintain a consistent culture.
• Strong understanding of retail metrics, inventory control and budgeting.
• Interest in aquatics and willingness to obtain CPO credentials and scuba certification.

Responsibilities

• Multi-site leadership across Ashburn and Vienna, recruiting and coaching staff.
• Drive combined revenue for scuba instruction, equipment sales and travel experiences.
• Oversee P&L, payroll budgets and costs for both stores to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with Store Support to implement marketing, lead programs and safety policies.
